Calgary is home to some of the world's most diverse people, stunning sceneries, and an cityscape that thrives alongside cinema and media. With thousands of aspiring actors of all age groups that make up Calgary's film industry, Corterra is working to give those actors experience while showcasing what makes Calgary the greatest city on Earth.

We're looking to film and publish a variety of different short films that focus on storytelling while showcasing Calgary's landmarks and natural beauty. These short films will be 1-2 minutes long and will be filmed around the city.

Corterra is looking to recruit volunteer actors:

• Who: We are looking for anyone of all age groups, genders, backgrounds, and identities. Whether you've never acted in your life or you're an experienced actor, all we're lookng for is a postiive attitude and a willingness to grow.

• When: This project will take place throughout the summer (July, August, and September). Specifically filming times are flexible and will depend on availability of the crew but will be afternoon-evenings. Most shoots are expected to last 3-4 hours daily.

• Where: Filming locations to be determined but will be around the downtown area of Calgary, Alberta. We may look at other areas such as famous landmarks but will mainly be confined to downtown and surrounding areas.

Please note that you are responsible for your own food, water, and transportation. Because this is a pilot project, we would love to provide compensation in the future if this project takes off.
